Rolex - Sable and White Rough Collie

First cross country for Rolex, KFWS to KINJ. Background: In your Photo Gallery there is a photo of Henry I (# 353) from the very beginning of "Mutt Muffs". He was 10 years old at the time. There is also a photo of Henry II (# 200). He had been my constant companion for 7 years. His first flight was at the age of 9 weeks. He passed away on Mothers Day of this year. Rolex is 5 years old. We adopted him in June of this year. I tried to rename him, but he refused to answer to "Henry III" ... His previous 2 flights were around the pattern at KFWS. He seems to be adapting to flying. I feel that the Mutt Muffs are crucial to his acceptance of the noisy aircraft interior. I made the head gear from a small dog mesh sweater I found at Walmart; it is intended to resemble the cloth inner liner with earphones (Snoppy Cap) that goes in an Apollo Astronaut's helmet. It also resembles the liner for a Soviet Mig 19 fighter pilot's helmet. By spreading the coverage area I hoped to make it fit better and be more comfortable. Kirby B.
